HTC One was launched this year in February, and was a hit for the company. Few months after, HTC made a One family, which featured, the original HTC One, the Mini HTC One and the MAX HTC One, which features a fingerprint scanner. In-between these launches, HTC M8 came in existence. The M8 is reported to be the successor of HTC One, and the first pictures of HTC M8 back cover has appeared online.
This image, which you can see above is posted by ePrice Taiwan, and according to them, HTC will launch its new flagship, codenamed M8, in February at Mobile World Congress 2014.
The image show the device very similar to the One, with a hole at the top, probably for fingerprint sensor. Placing such sensor at the top, instead of below camera makes a lot of sense.
HTC M8 is rumoured to arrive with 5/5.2-inch 2K resolution display, Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB RAM and HTC Sense 6.0 UI. No more details are available now. But now that leaks started flowing, expect to hear much more about M8 in the coming weeks.
