Huawei Honor Bee and Honor 4C launched in India for Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 8,999

Chinese smartphone vendor Huawei has officially launched two new budget Android smartphones in the Indian market recently. Dubbed as Huawei Honor Bee and Honor 4C, the smartphones comes in black and white colours and are priced at Rs. 4,999 and Rs. 8,999 respectively. Like all other Huawei smartphones, the new Honor Bee and Honor 4C are also exclusively available from online retailer Flipkart.

Moto 360 with metal bands launched in India, leather model now available for Rs. 12,999 and metal for Rs. 14,999

One of the first and best looking smartwatch running Android Wear is the Motorola's Moto 360. Motorola launched the Moto 360 in the country back in October 2014 for Rs. 17,999. Now, Motorola had launched the metal band variant of the Moto 360 smartwatch in the Indian market. The Stainless Steel variant of Moto 360 comes in Black and Silver color options and is priced at Rs. 19,999.

Xiaomi Mi 4 price dropped in India, 16GB model now costs Rs. 17,999 and 64GB costs Rs. 21,999

Xiaomi had dropped the price of Xiaomi Mi 4 in the Indian market by Rs. 2,000. Xiaomi Mi 4 was originally announced last year in July and was launched in the country earlier this year in late-January. Xiaomi launched the 16GB Mi 4 for Rs. 19,999 and the 64GB variant costed Rs. 23,999. After the price-cut, the 16GB variant of Mi 4 is available for Rs. 17,999 and the 64GB for Rs. 21,999.

Micromax Canvas Spark with qHD display, 1GB RAM, Lollipop launched in India for Rs. 4,999

Micromax had officially launched a new budget Android smartphone in the Indian market last month. Dubbed as Micromax Canvas Spark, the smartphone comes with mid-range specifications and had been priced very aggressively, to compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 2, Lenovo A6000 and Moto E (2nd Gen).

Asus officially launches Zenfone 2 in India starting at Rs. 12,999, 4GB variant starts at Rs. 18,999

Asus had officially announced the launch of its flagship smartphone, the Asus Zenfone 2 in the Indian market couple of weeks back. Asus Zenfone 2 is the world's first smartphone to come with 4GB of RAM and was originally announced at the CES 2015 tech show in January. Chinese smartphone manufacturer Lenovo had announced two budget Android smartphones in the Indian market last month. Dubbed as Lenovo A6000 Plus and Lenovo A7000, the former is an upgraded version of the Lenovo A6000, whereas the latter was originally unveiled at the MWC 2015 in March.

Sony officially announces its next selfie smartphone, the Xperia C4 with 5MP front shooter

Sony earlier this week officially took the wraps off its next selfie smartphone called as Sony Xperia C4. The Xperia C4, as the name suggests is the successor of the Xperia C3, which was launched last year. According to Sony, the Xperia C4 will be released in both single SIM and dual-SIM variants and will be available in black, white and mint color options.

HTC officially launches One M9+ and One E9+ with 20MP camera in India

HTC has officially launched its newly announced HTC One M9+ and HTC One E9+ in the Indian market recently. Both the smartphones were originally announced last month. According to HTC, the One M9+ will be available in Gold on Silver and Gold on Gold color options, whereas the One E9+ will be made available in Meteor Grey, Gold Sopia and Rose Gold colours.

HTC Desire 826 with Ultrapixel front camera officially launched in India for Rs. 25,990

HTC had officially announced the launch of the Desire 826 smartphone in the Indian market few weeks ago. The Desire 826 features similar design pattern as the Desire Eye, but sports an Ultrapixel front camera instead of 13MP, found on the Desire Eye. HTC Desire 826 comes in four colour options including White, Blue and Purple colors.

LG officially announces LG G Stylo with mid-range specs and support for 2TB microSD cards

LG in a surprising move had officially announced a new mid-range Android smartphone in Korea last month. Called LG G Stylo, it is the latest smartphone in company's G series with built-in Stylus pen support. According to LG, the G Stylo is the successor of last year announced G3 Stylus smartphone. The smartphone comes in Titanium and White colors.

Sony Xperia Z4 with 5.2-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 810 SoC goes official in Japan

After series of leaks and rumours, Sony last month officially took the wraps off the fourth generation Z series smartphone at an event in Japan. HTC, early last month, officially took the wraps off the HTC One E9+, a high-end device which trumps the flagship HTC One M9 in terms of specifications. According to HTC, the One E9+ is specifically made for Asian markets. The HTC One E9+ comes in three color options which include Meteor Gray, Classic Rose Gold and Gold Sepia. 

Xiaomi Redmi 2A with 4.7-inch HD display, 4G LTE support announced for under-$100

Xiaomi to mark its 5th anniversary celebration, had announced an affordable variant of its Redmi 2 smartphone dubbed as Xiaomi Redmi 2A. Redmi 2A is the most affordable Xiaomi smartphone, priced at just 599 Yuan, which roughly converts to $96 or Rs. 6,143. Like original Redmi 2, the Redmi 2A also comes in range of color options including White, Dark Gray, Bright Yellow, Light Green and Pink colors.
