LAVA Iris 450 COLOUR with 4.5-inch display, 5MP camera, interchangeable back panels launched in India for Rs. 7,999

LAVA has officially launched a new budget-Android smartphone in India today. Dubbed as LAVA Iris 450 COLOUR, the smartphone was found listed on company's official website couple of weeks back. The Iris 450 COLOUR comes in two colours - Pro Black and Ivory White, with range of interchangeable back panels. LAVA has priced the Iris 450 COLOUR at Rs. 7,999 and will be available across India in the coming days.


According to LAVA, the box content of Iris 450 COLOUR include an extra flip cover of the same colour as the phone and one replaceable back panel of different colour.

Those who buy the Pro Black version of the phone will have an option to choose between Blue and Tan Brown coloured back panel. While, those who plan to buy the Ivory White version can choose between Blue and Raspberry Pink coloured back panel. In addition, the Violet coloured back panel for Iris 450 COLOUR will be available separately.

Specifications-wise, LAVA Iris 450 COLOUR comes with a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display, 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The Iris 450 COLOUR is 10.5mm thick and weighs 136 grams and has dual-SIM support (WCDMA+GSM) with dual Standby feature.

Other specifications include a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 4GB internal memory with expandable up to 32GB using microSD card and 1,800 mAh battery. Connectivity series include Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, USB 2.0, 3G and GPS.
