Moto 360 with metal bands launched in India, leather model now available for Rs. 12,999 and metal for Rs. 14,999

One of the first and best looking smartwatch running Android Wear is the Motorola's Moto 360. Motorola launched the Moto 360 in the country back in October 2014 for Rs. 17,999. Now, Motorola had launched the metal band variant of the Moto 360 smartwatch in the Indian market. The Stainless Steel variant of Moto 360 comes in Black and Silver color options and is priced at Rs. 19,999.

But, soon after launching the Moto 360 with metal bands, Motorola had dropped the price of the smartwatch by Rs. 5,000. The leather variants of Moto 360 is now available for Rs. 12,999 and the metal variants can now be grabbed for Rs. 14,999.

The smartwatch is exclusively available from online retailer Flipkart. According to Motorola, the Moto 360 will be available at discounted price till stocks last. Hurry if you are interested in getting one.

On the specifications front, Moto 360 comes with a 1.56-inch backlit LCD display with resolution of 320 x 290 pixels, 205 ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Texas Instruments (TI) OMAP 3 processor, 512MB RAM and Android Wear platform. The watch is 11.5mm thick and weights just 49 grams.

Other specifications include 4GB internal storage, optical heart rate sensor, pedometer, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and 320mAh battery with wireless charging support. The watch is waterproof, up to 3.3′ for up to 30 minutes and be compatible with device running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or higher.
