Micromax Canvas HD A116 Price Increased to Rs. 14,499, Shipments Delayed

Micromax Launched "Canvas HD A116" about 2 month ago & already there were delays on shipments. Micromax Started the Pre-Order from 14th Feb, 2013 & there were news that the Mobile will be shipped later on. After all those news, recently TOI posted that, Micromax Canvas HD A116 Shipments are again Delayed. Not only that, the Price is also increased from Rs. 13,990 to Rs. 14,499.

Micromax Canvas HD A116 comes with a 5-inch 1280x720p IPS Display, 1.2GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6589 Processor, 1GB RAM. It has 8MP Rear Camera with Auto-Focus & 0.3MP VGA Front Camera. Canvas HD has Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box & has a 2100mAh of Battery. The Storage is fixed to 4GB. You can expand to 32GB via micro-SD.

The Online Pre-Booking was started by Snapdeal, and after some days Snapdeal posted that, the Shipments of Micromax Canvas HD is delayed by 10 Days. They also apologized for this on their FaceBook Page.

Also, Snapdeal will be offering a Free Carry Case worth Rs. 700 as a token gift, for showing gratitude to the pre-ordered customers.
