HTC and Taiwan Mobile to launch HTC Desire 500 in Taiwan on 23rd July, 2013

HTC is reportedly planning to launch another Desire series smartphone in Taiwan next week. Dubbed as HTC Desire 500, the smartphone might be company's next mid level smartphone. HTC has already announced two Desire series models this year, Desire 200 and Desire 600. Out of which Desire 600 is already on sale in India, for much higher price than expected.

The company is sending out invites to the Taiwanese Tech Press Media for attending the launch event on 23rd of July, where HTC is reported to launch the HTC Desire 500. As usual, there is no information available regarding this smartphone, but the smartphone is expected to feature mid level specs.

In addition, the smartphone was spotted in a leaked document of O2 Germany (Telecom Operator). The document didn't revealed any specification of the device rather the phone name and some plans for O2 release in the future. The document also confirmed the HTC One Mini and HTC One Max, which are planned to be released on O2 in near future.
