Oppo is set to enter the Indian market soon. The company is officially going to launch the world's first rotating camera smartphone, the Oppo N1 in India on January 30th. The smartphone is currently only available in Indian market via third-party retailers or via imports. The Oppo N1 is the company's first smartphone to launch in India officially.

According to the press invite received by Gadgets to use, Oppo will be launching this flagship smartphone in India on 30th January, 2014 in the presence of Bollywood stars, Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor. 

In related, according to the Financial Express report, both Hrithik and Sonam had finished shooting for an advertisement for Oppo. The ad is expected to go on air on the launch day i.e., January 30th, 2014. There is no word on pricing of the phone, but it will surely be more than Rs. 35,000. 

If you are unaware, Oppo N1 was originally announced last year in September, and comes with a 5.9-inch Full HD IPS LCD display, 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Oppo's Color ROM on top and unlocked bootloader.

Other specifications include 13MP rotating camera, 16GB/32GB internal storage and 3,610 mAh battery. The smartphone also comes with a O-Touch rear sensor, where users can swipe either left-right or top-bottom for all the common touch interactions, and open up a special app via a single long press action. The user can also click a photo, using the O-Touch sensor on the back.
