Sony Xperia D6503 (Xperia Z2) camera screenshots leaked, to come with 4K video recording and slow motion video
At a time when every company is bringing its A-game to the smartphone arena, how could Sony be left behind. A few days ago some pictures of the Sony Xperia D6503 had skipped on to the interweb which suggested that the smartphone will come shod with an bezel-less display. The spec sheet of the same has leaked this time around and the smartphone looks pretty well equipped to say the least.
Today, we have for you the screenshots of the device's camera interface along with its rumoured specs. What is known for sure is that it will be quite the performer in the imaging department. The leaked spy shots were of the 4K video app, the Creative effect camera app, and of the Timeshift video app.
The smartphone will come with a 5.2-inch Triluminos display with Android 4.4.2 KitKat running on it. On top of it will be a refreshed version of the Xperia UI. Under the hood of the smartphone will be a Snapdragon 800 processor teaming up with a 3GB RAM. There will be 16GB of internal storage on offer.
The camera will be a 20.7MP unit, with a number of available image resolutions, ranging from the full 20.7MP, through 15.5MP, all the way to 2MP images, along with 4K video playback option alongside 1080p video recording @ 60 fps.
The Creative Effect camera app as well as the Timeshift app are expected to make their way to Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 compact with the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update in the near-future. The smartphone is expected to get launched at the MWC later this month and will be going up against the likes of the Galaxy S5, which will be launched at the same time.
