At the Mobile World Congress 2014 held in February, Samsung showcased a bendable tablet prototype. Following this, a recent report suggests that the South Korean tech giant is prepping a tablet that can fold on itself to the size of a smartphone. It is also said that the tablet is slated to be see the light of the day sometime in 2015.

Going by this report, the alleged tablet will feature an 8 to 9-inch Full HD OLED display that can be folded twice to convert it into a much smaller smartphone form factor. However, there has not been an official confirmation from Samsung regarding the existence of this foldable tablet.

Usually, such devices with different concepts will be launched in minimal quantities and the same is expected to be carried out for this purported device, like what Samsung did with the Galaxy Round. As of now, there is no clear picture on how the user interface of the same will be customized, but it will be designed in order to make use of the foldable display.
