Samsung to launch Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and Tab S 10.5 tablets in India on July 1st

Samsung has started sending out press invites to the Indian tech press media for attending an event on July 1st in New Delhi, where the Korean tech giant will be launching its newly announced Galaxy Tab S series in the country. Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab S series earlier this month in two sizes, one with a 8.4-inch display called Tab S 8.4 and the other with a 10.5-inch display called Tab S 10.5.

Both the tablets comes with WQXGA Super AMOLED display and fingerprint scanner, and are very thin measuring just 6.6mm. Samsung is expected to launch the octa-core variant of the Tab S series in the country, both WiFi and 3G models. No word on pricing details yet.

Users can make and receive calls directly from their phone to their Galaxy Tab S using the Call Forwarding feature via SideSync 3.0. User can also surf the web, watch videos, share content and make calls simultaneously without having to worry about closing out of one to access another. Other features include Multi User Mode, Fingerprint Scanner, Kids Mode and more.
