OnePlus Two confirmed to arrive in Q2 or Q3 of 2015, alleged specifications leaked
The OnePlus One smartphone was released in India last week, and now the tech world is flooding with details about its successor, mostly to be called the OnePlus Two. Confirming these details, Director of OnePlus Global, Carl Pei stated that the firm is planning to launch the OnePlus Two in Q2 or Q3 of 2015, claims a BGR India report.
The report quotes him stating that the company plans to unveil the OnePlus Two in the second or third quarter of 2015, so that is one year after the release of the OnePlus One. Regarding the company’s plans on releasing the upcoming model in India, the executive claimed that India will be one among the first countries to receive the handset.
In the meantime, a Chinese online store Coolicool has listed the OnePlus Two and the listing reveals the presence of a 5.5-inch display of unknown resolution. The device is likely to feature a Snapdragon 805 processor and 32GB of internal storage capacity.
The other aspects as revealed by the reseller include a 16MP primary snapper, a 5MP front facing selfie camera and a 3,300 mAh battery. The reseller also adds that the device will be priced at $551.99.
Notably, these are not official specifications of the OnePlus Two and we will have to consider them as a dose of skepticism until the manufacturer confirms them.
