The Google I/O annual conference meant for developers has been confirmed to be hosted on May 28th and May 29th this year in San Francisco. Google’s Senior Vice President Sundar Pichai announced these dates via the official Twitter handle. The venue is the Moscone Center West as in the previous years. The registrations for the event is all set to debut from March 17th and go on till March 19th.
The spots for the two day conference will be available for a limited number of people and hence, you need to hurry up for the tickets. Notably, in 2014 Google has a lottery as the tickets got sold out in 49 minutes. Though the pricing of the ticket is not up yet, last year the tickets cost $900.
For those who cannot make it to the event, Google provides a free app every year. Back in 2014, the Google I/O app showed free streaming videos of the sessions. Google is done with the I/O 2015 website, but the complete agenda is yet to be put up. There are some awesome animations displayed on it, hinting about the material theme.
As of now, there is no information on what we might witness at this year’s Google I/O and we need to wait for Google to reveal more about this.
