This new smartphone from Vivo comes with lower-resolution front camera, 3 gigs of RAM and sans fingerprint scanner, when compared with the V5.
Vivo V5 Lite will be available in Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar and the Philippines first, followed by other countries. The device comes in two color options including Crown Gold and Rose Gold, and was also found listed on Indian e-retailer OnlyMobiles with a price tag of Rs. 15,890.
As far as specifications are concerned, Vivo V5 Lite comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with 2.5D curved glass, 1.5GHz octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 processor accompanied by 3GB of RAM and run on Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The device measures 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.6mm and weighs 155 grams. It comes with dual-SIM support (hybrid SIM slot), like every other Vivo smartphone.
Other specifications include a 13MP rear camera with single LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, an 16MP front facing camera with Moonlight Glow flash and f/2.0 aperture, 32GB internal storage with microSD card support up to 128GB via hybrid SIM slot and 3000mAh battery. Connectivity series include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, GPS and OTG support.
