Ultima ROM for Samsung Galaxy S3

Ultima ROM for Samsung Galaxy S3 is now available from Android Developers. This Ultima ROM is Awesome User Interface. The Phone is performing well while working with this ROM. You can install Ultima ROM on your Samsung Galaxy S3 with this guide. And keep in mind this is not an official, this is a custom ROM from Android Developers.

Pre-Requisites for Samsung Galaxy S3

Your Mobile must be rooted. Check this – How to Root Samsung Galaxy S3
Install ClockWorkMod. Check this – How to install ClockWorkMod Recovery on Samsung Galaxy S3
The Data in Samsung Galaxy S3 will be deleted on if you have Another Custom ROM already Installed. If you haven't Installed any custom your data won't be wiped, but we still recommend you to take a backup.

SMS – How to Backup Messages
Call Log - How to Backup Call Log
Contacts – Sync with Gmail App
Videos, Images, Songs and Other Files – Copy to internal / External SD card or System
APN Settings – Take Manual Note from "Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names"

Your phone should have minimum 60% charge.

How to Install Ultima ROM on Samsung Galaxy S3 -

Download the Ultima ROM "UltimaROM_V7.1_Hades-Ultimate.zip" – Here
Download the GAPPS from - Here [ This is needed to Install Google Applications like Google Play Store, Gmail, Google Talk etc ]
Connect the phone to PC via USB Cable.
Transfer both the zip into your Internal SD card.
Remove the USB Cable from PC.
Switch off your phone.
Reboot into recovery mode by pressing, Volume Up + Power + Menu [ Center ] Button together.
Do "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" [ Only if you have Stock ROM or Anyother ROM Installed ], "Wipe Cache partition" & Go to "Advance" > "Wipe Dalvik Cache". Now Go Back.
Select “Install zip from SD card” and then “Choose zip from Internal SD card”.
Then select the "UltimaROM_V7.1_Hades-Ultimate.zip" file that moved from PC.
Flash that ROM in Next Screen.
The ROM will take some time to Install.
Now Install the "GAPPS File" too in the Similar Way.
After Installing both the zip, select “Go Back” and then “Reboot System Now”.

The First Boot will take Some About [ 2-3 Mins ] to Boot. Wait, Be Patient. After that you will Have AOKP ROM Installed. You can Head Over to the Original Post by XDA Developer, for any problem. Also you can Check out the Video Below, to get help in Installing this Awesome ROM.
