The rumoured Sony Xperia C has been caught in AnTuTu Benchmark scoring descent points. The smartphone will carry S39h as its model number. Sony Xperia S39h images were leaked last month by Xperia Blog. The smartphone in the image looks quite good and handy. Sony will be announcing this device tomorrow at Mobile Asia Expo 2013 in Shanghai with 3 new devices, Sony Xperia ZU, Sony Xperia SP (revamped for China) and Next-gen Sony SmartWatch.

According to the benchmark, the smartphone will be running a processor clocked at 1.2GHz. It is most probably the Quad-Core MediaTek MT6589 So-C. Also, the device will be running latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and will sport 5-inch qHD Display.

Other rumoured specs are as follows, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory with microSD Slot, Dual-SIM support and will have 8MP Exmor R rear camera sensor with 8.88mm thickness. The smartphone scored decent 13,300 which is a good score for a smartphone running MediaTek Processor.
