Google is going to announce the all new Nexus 7 today in San Francisco, Calif. The event is scheduled to begin at 12PM EST (9:30PM IST), and Google will be live-streaming the event on their YouTube channel. The event will be hosted by Android Boss Sunder Pichai, and we are expecting Google to announce the New Nexus 7 II and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Unfortunately, the Nexus 7 II which is still a secret (according to Google), is no more a secret. The tablet has been already unboxed and all the images and specifications and the video are uploaded on the web.

The leak not only revealed the new design and wallpaper, but it also revealed the full specification sheet of Nexus 7 II. The tablet is confirmed to sport, 7-inch Full HD 1920x1200p resolution display, 1.5GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB RAM, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean (JWR66N), 16GB/32GB internal storage, Adreno 320 GPU, 5MP rear camera, 1.2MP front facing camera and 3950mAh Battery.
The tablet scored 19,883 points in AnTuTu Benchmark, which is more than the Nexus 4 AnTuTu Score (approx. 18,000) and less than the HTC One AnTuTu Score (approx. 22,000). The new Nexus 7 also scored 5,500 points in Quadrant and 7,188 points in 3D Mark.
In addition, the tablet is already up for pre-order in US. Before the official announcement, the US based retailer Best Buy, Sam's Club & PC Connection have already put the new Nexus 7 tablet on pre-order. As expected, both Sam's Club and Best Buy are selling the 16GB variant for $229.99 while the 32GB variant cost you $269.99. The estimated arrival timeframe is July 30th - August 4th, so it's pretty safe to say that the release date will be July 30th, as rumoured.
Whereas, PC Connection are selling the 16GB variant of Nexus 7 II for $245 while the 32GB variant will cost $281. The retailer is clamming to have the stocks of Nexus 7 II and is promising to ship the device today itself (after order & payment).
