Samsung Galaxy Golden officially launched in Korea, another Android powered flip phone from Samsung

Samsung has officially launched the rumoured Samsung Galaxy Golden in South Korea today. The smartphone holds SHV-E400 as it's model number and will be available in Korea from 21st August on major carriers, SK Telecom (SKT) and Korea Telecom (KT). The Galaxy Golden comes in Champagne Gold colour and is priced at 799,700 South Korean Won, which is roughly $714.

Samsung Galaxy Golden comes with an dual 3.7-inch AMOLED displays with 800x480p resolution (WVGA), 1.7GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, 8MP rear camera with LED flash along with 1.9MP front facing camera, 1820mAh battery and 4G LTE/3G connectivity. The smartphone is 15.8mm thick and weighs 179 grams.

Samsung has pre-loaded the smartphone many features, some of them are S health, business card recognition and easy mode. This is the second Android powered Flip phone from Samsung this year, the first was Samsung Hennessy (SHV-W789), which was released in China last week.
