HTC Desire 500 with quad-core processor now available in India for Rs. 20,500

HTC Desire 500 is now available online in India for Rs. 20,500. The smartphone was first spotted on online retailer Snapdeal last month, and recently the smartphone appeared on Flipkart, revealing the price tag. HTC Desire 500 is now available on Infibeam for Rs. 20,500, whereas Saholic is selling the smartphone for Rs. 20,999.

Feature-wise, HTC Desire 500 comes with a 4.3-inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, 1GB RAM and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 5.0 UI. The smartphone comes with dual-SIM support (GSM+GSM).

HTC Desire 500 also features 8MP Auto Focus rear camera with LED flash & BSI sensor, 1.6MP front facing camera, 4GB internal memory with 64GB expandable using microSD card and 1,800 mAh battery.

Connectivity series include, 3G (HSDPA up to 7.2 Mbps), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX, GPS and NFC (Optional). HTC Desire 500 was originally announced back in July, and comes in two colours, Black and Purple.
