After such a long wait, Samsung has officially started rolling out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Samsung Galaxy S3 starting today. The update is currently live to Vodafone Ireland Galaxy SIII units, and is available for download via Samsung KIES and over-the-air (OTA service). As, the update is getting rolled out in batches, it might take few days to reach on your smartphone.

Samsung has directly updated the Galaxy S3 from Android 4.1.2 to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Samsung Galaxy S3 has now received two major updates, which leaves a question that, will Samsung update the S3 to Android 4.4 KitKat or not.
