We hope Samsung rolls-out the same update in other countries live soon, maybe in a week or two. The Android 4.3 update weighs in at about 932MB, so make sure you have enough of same left in your Galaxy S3.

The update brings host of changes along, with many new features and support. You can have a look at the change-log below, along with few screenshots, courtesy Sammobile.
  • GALAXY GEAR Support
  • TRIM Support (faster UI)
  • ANT+ Support
  • Core UI elements get the new TouchWiz look (not widgets and icons though)
  • New Samsung Keyboard
  • GPU drivers have been updated
  • New Lockscreen: Multiple Widgets, improved ripple effect than Android 4.1.2, ability to change clock size and set a personal message
  • New Display modes: Adapt Display and Professional Photo
  • Daydream
  • Driving mode
  • Actionable notifications
  • Move-to-SD-card feature
  • New Camera mode : Sound and Shot
  • New Additions in Notification Center
  • Tabbed Settings UI (like on Galaxy S4)
  • Implementation of Voice controls
  • New Samsung Apps: Calculator, Clock, Contacts, Gallery, Music
  • Full screen Samsung apps
  • New S-Voice
  • Smart Switch to seamlessly transfer content from other smartphones to Samsung devices
  • HomeSync to store, share and enjoy content securely wherever you are
  • Group Play 2.5 with shared video support
Samsung has directly updated the Galaxy S3 from Android 4.1.2 to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Samsung Galaxy S3 has now received two major updates, which leaves a question that, will Samsung update the S3 to Android 4.4 KitKat or not.
