After getting listed online, Google has officially launched the much-awaited Nexus 5 in India. The day Nexus 5 was announced, Google listed it on Indian Play Store with its pricing and coming soon tag. The smartphone is now officially available from Google Play for purchase (links below). The 16GB version of Nexus 5 cost Rs. 28,999, whereas the 32GB version cost Rs. 32,999. Both black and white colour variant included.
Along with Nexus 5, Google has also started selling its bumper case in India. The case is now available from Google Play for Rs. 2,499, in Grey, Red and Yellow colours. The Black colour bumper case still holds the coming soon tag. Similarly, the QuickCover for Nexus 5 is still showing as "Coming Soon". The Nexus 5 QuickCover cost Rs. 3,299.
To remind you, Google Nexus 5 is the best smartphone money can buy now. The Nexus 5 comes with a 4.95-inch Full HD IPS display, 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 450MHz Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat, 8MP rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 1.3MP front facing camera, 16GB/32GB fixed internal storage and 2,300 mAh battery.
