After Apple introduced its Gold coloured iPhone, many of the manufacturers started producing their flagship in the same colour, like Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 Gold edition in Gold Brown and Gold Pink colours for select markets and BlackBerry introduced its Q10 Gold Edition.

According to HTC, the Gold coloured HTC One will be up for sale in Europe next month, and will cost similar to the standard HTC One. The smartphone will be also available in Finland starting December 12th for €625.

"Building on the all metal design of the HTC One, and the recent success of the HTC 18 carat gold MOBO phone, we are excited to have developed our own gold device, offering yet more choice to consumers", said Philip Blair, President of HTC EMEA.

The specifications of Golden HTC One is similar to the original HTC One, which include, 4.7-inch Full HD display, 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB RAM, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (4.3 update available in selected regions), 4MP Ultrapixel camera and 32GB internal storage.

It is not clear, whether we can see the Golden HTC One in Asian countries or not.
