Micromax officially launches Canvas Blaze with dual-SIM support (CDMA+GSM) in India for Rs. 10,999 in partnership with MTS

As expected, Micromax has officially took the wraps off the Micromax Canvas Blaze today. Micromax has partnered with telecom operator MTS to launch the smartphone in India. The smartphone appeared online for sale last week and comes with dual-SIM support (CDMA+GSM). Micromax has launched the Canvas Blaze in India for Rs. 10,999, and comes in Black and White colours.

As an introductory offer, MTS is giving Canvas Blaze buyers 2GB of free data, 1,000 free minutes for MTS to MTS local calling and 120 free minutes for other local and STD calls from MTS for a period of 6 months. Micromax has also revealed that they have plans to launch more smartphones in partnership with MTS in the near-future.

On the specifications front, the Micromax Canvas Blaze comes with a 5-inch WVGA display, 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 768MB RAM and Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

The smartphone also comes with 3G support, 8MP AF rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with expandable upto 32GB using microSD card and 1,850 mAh battery.
