Intex Aqua Curve with 5-inch qHD display, 1.3GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.2 officially launched in India for Rs. 12,490

Intex has officially launched a new mid-range Android smartphone in India today. Dubbed as Intex Aqua Curve, the smartphone was found listed on the company's officially website few days ago. The Aqua Curve comes in three colours, Black, Red and Blue, and is priced at Rs. 12,490. The smartphone will be available across India in the coming days through 40,000+ retail outlets and more than 42 Intex Stores.

Specifications-wise, the Aqua Curve comes with a 5-inch qHD One Glass Solution (OGS) curved display, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor, 1GB RAM, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and dual-SIM support with dual standby feature.

The smartphone also comes with a 8MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash, 2MP front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with up to 32GB expandable using microSD card and 2,000 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS and Bluetooth with A2DP.

Intex has also included many new software feature on the Aqua Curve. Dubbed as shake to screenshot, the feature takes the screen shot of the device easily by shaking the phone. Other software features include, Look away, Auto Call Recorder, Flip to Silent and more.
