Yesterday Samsung announced four tablets at Consumer Electronic Show 2014 in Las Vegas. All four of them came with 4.4 KitKat pre-installed with Samsung's TouchWiz and the new Magazine UX interface designed with tablets in mind. Samsung didn't revealed any details on what new features will arrive along with Android 4.4 and how it will look on smartphones.
But, extremely popular leaker @evleaks has just now posted an image on twitter, showing some screen shots, which according to him is the new smartphone UI Samsung is exploring.
The image which can see above is what evleaks say is the new UI for Samsung's smartphones.
As you can see in the image, the lock screen has changed and now doesn't shows the status bar. The digital clock widget size is also increased and there are two widgets placed on the lockscreen by default. One of the two shows the date, weather, music and microphone, while the other shows complete infographics, including miles travelled and heart rate.
The image also reveals new icons for browser, message, phone and magazine. Note that evleaks has mentioned that the UI is "under testing," and there's no guarantee on if this is the final design. If the interface is indeed true, then we can see the new UI arrive with Galaxy S5 at MWC 2014.
