After such a long wait, Samsung has today finally started rolling out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S3 in India. This update takes the smartphone directly to Android 4.3 from Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. The update is rolling out over-the-air as well as via Samsung Kies PC software. As soon as the update is available for your device, you will be notified via an OTA notification.
Also, you can manually check for the update by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Update, the same follows via Kies. The update weighs in about 408 MB and brings tons of new features and improvements.
