4.5-inch Micromax Bolt A66 with 3G support, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean now available in India for Rs. 6,000

Micromax has silently released a new budget Android smartphone in India. Dubbed as Micromax Bolt A66, the smartphone is now available for purchase from all the major online retailers including official Micromax e-store. The Bolt A66 comes in black and white colours and is priced at Rs. 6,000.

Micromax has silently released a new budget Android smartphone in India. Dubbed as Micromax Bolt A66, the smartphone is now available for purchase from all the major online retailers including official Micromax e-store. The Bolt A66 comes in black and white colours and is priced at Rs. 6,000.

Specifications-wise, Micromax Bolt A66 comes with a 4.5-inch TFT FWVGA display, 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum SC7710G processor, 512MB RAM, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean and dual-SIM support with dual standby feature.

The smartphone also comes with a 2MP rear camera with LED flash, 0.3MP front facing camera, 512MB internal storage with up to 32GB expandable using microSD card and 1,500 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR and GPS. 

In related to the news, Micromax has partnered with telecom operator TATA DOCOMO to provide attractive voice and data offers to its customers. TATA DOCOMO customers who had or will purchase a Micromax smartphone between October 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014, will get discounted voice and data tariffs.
