Nokia Normandy leaks again. We already saw Normandy numerous times in the wild and today the much talked Nokia Normandy running Android OS has appeared again on the web, not single time, but twice. The first image (at the bottom) shows the engineering prototype of Normandy, apparently in a case, whereas the latest leak gives us a first glimpse of Nokia's proprietary launcher.
The image which you can see above shows the live home screen of Nokia Normandy, giving the first look of how a Nokia-designed Android launcher would look like. The UI looks simplistic and too forked, perfectly matching with earlier rumours.
The image is consistent with previous leaked press images that showed a single touch-button in the centre. The status bar shows white icons along with two SIM cards, indicating that Normandy will come with dual-SIM support.
The Normandy is reported to come with a 4-inch FWVGA (854x480p) display, quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor (Cortex-A5 with Adreno 203 or Cortext-A7 with Adreno 302), Android 4.4.1 KitKat and 5MP rear camera.
According to previous reports, Nokia will be launching the smartphone at MWC 2014 next month in Barcelona. Yet, we think Nokia will launch the Normandy on March 25th, 2014.
