Samsung has announced earlier today that they are hosting an Unpacked 5 event on February 24th in Barcelona, right at the MWC kickoff. The event details was reported by Samsung via its official Twitter handle. This is the episode one of the event, and probably Samsung will unveil the next Galaxy S-series flagship device there, which is the Samsung Galaxy S5.
The invite does not contain the word Galaxy S5 but the number 5 placed beside the word Unpacked is a clear suggestion in its own. Also, the event date matches with earlier reported rumours about the February debut of Galaxy S5.
The event will start at 8PM CET (00:30 IST, February 25th) but Samsung says the gates will open from 6.30PM for the attendees. Samsung as always will be live streaming the event on YouTube.
