LG had confirmed a week before that it will be launching its G Pro 2 smartphone later in February at MWC 2014, but had not disclosed any details regarding the same. LG was finding it hard to keep the details regarding the same under the wraps and has confirmed some details regarding the same.

LG G Pro 2 alleged image

It will come shod with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and the same will come with Optical Image Stabilizer to ensure the photo does not blur when your hand shakes a bit. LG will be bestowing it with Electro Image System (EIS) as well. EIS makes use of software enhancements to make corrections to the image to make the image a sharper and a crisper one when taking the image.

The OIS Plus system will be the one LG will be looking up to for blur-free shots and low light imaging. The G Pro 2 will get a 2.1 MP front camera.  The most interesting bit about the 6-inch full HD phablet will be the fact that it will come with a support for 4K Ultra HD video recording which has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. Slow motion recording will be present as well and it will have the same at 1/4x of original speeds which translates into 25 fps.

The list of camera features on offer will include continuous shooting which will let one take 20 photos in one go to view them in burst shot layers. Since camera is such a strong point of the device, the company will be giving it an all-new camera UX too. The launch is around the corner and we’ll know all the details then.
