The "prizes" section under the official rules document reveals that the Moto 360 has an ARV of $249, where ARV stands for Average Retail Prize. This does not guarantee that Moto 360 will be priced at $249, though it is the best clue so far.
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Moto 360 (ARV $249).
Moto 360 is pretty much the best looking smartwatch with its circular dial rather being better than the regular square screens for other smartwatches.
