The "prizes" section under the official rules document reveals that the Moto 360 has an ARV of $249, where ARV stands for Average Retail Prize. This does not guarantee that Moto 360 will be priced at $249, though it is the best clue so far.

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a Moto 360 (ARV $249).

Moto 360 is pretty much the best looking smartwatch with its circular dial rather being better than the regular square screens for other smartwatches. It is expected to be compatible with a array of Android devices seeing the fact that it is based on Android Wear. That is the reason which will be contributing to the popularity of the smartwatch.

All that we know about it is just its design and the detailing about the smartwatch is expected to happen on June 25th at the Google I/O event. The Moto 360 is also expected to land in India too, post its global showcase and expecting an August launch is something we can do provided things go just fine.

In related to the news, according to Le Journal du Geek (a French site), Moto 360 will reportedly launch in July at a price of 249 Euros which would translate into an Indian price of Rs 20,000.
