Samsung recently announced a new variant of the Galaxy S5 in South Korea with upgraded display and processor, similar to the rumoured S5 Prime. With that out of the way, all eyes are set on the launch of the next big thing from the stable of the Korean manufacturer which will be the Galaxy Note 4. It looks like Samsung is finding it a bit hard to keep it under the wraps and the device has shown up on AnTuTu benchmarks.

As per the benchmark listing, the Galaxy Note 4 will be launched in two guises: one with a Snapdragon processor (SM-N910S) and the other with an Exynos processor (SM-N910C). The latter scored higher on the AnTuTu benchmark with a score of 40,303 and the former got a score of 35,645.

The SM-N910C comes with octa-core Exynos 5433 chipset which will come with four Cortex-A57 cores and four Cortex-A53 cores and ARM Mali-T760 GPU, whereas the SM-N910S will come with quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.5GHz and Adreno 420 GPU.

Other specifications of both the variants remains similar, which include a Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display resolution (probably 5.7-inch in size), 3GB RAM, Android 4.4.3 KitKat, 32GB internal storage, 16MP rear camera and a 3.6MP front facing camera.

The Note devices always bring a never seen before feature alongside them and the Note 4 won’t be an exception either. It will come with UV sensor up front, the first ever on a smartphone. It will have the ability to track UV rays every 500 milliseconds but the purpose of the same is yet unknown. It could be used for controlling the brightness for better sunlight legibility or checking the temperature outside.

Since nothing is confirmed yet, it's better to take the UV sensor part with a huge pinch of salt. Like every year, Samsung is expected to debut the next-generation Galaxy Note phablet later this year at around the IFA 2014 event, which will take place in September. More details to follow up soon, till then stay tuned.

In another news, notorious leakster @evleaks has revealed a list of model numbers on its website, which he claims are of the Galaxy Note 4.
