LG has struck the right chord in the flagship smartphone arena with the launch of the LG G3 and now it is working on strengthening the segment which brings in a lot more volumes than the flagship one: the mid-range segment. LG is preparing a mid-range phablet called the LG G Vista which has been leaked courtesy of @evleaks. It has a similar design philosophy as the LG G3 and you can easily make out the familiar look.

LG G Vista

LG G Vista is assumed to be the lite variant of original G Pro 2 or say the successor of last year announced LG G Pro Lite. According to @evleaks, LG will be launching the G Vista (or say the LG G Pro 2 Lite) in the United States on Verizon wireless telecom operator. If the date in the press image is any indication, LG would launch the G Vista early next month. No word on international variant yet.

The smartphone looks a bit wider than the LG G3 and features rear power and lock buttons like it too. On the specifications front, the LG G Vista will come with a 5.7-inch HD IPS display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926) processor coupled with Adreno 305 GPU, 1.5GB RAM and Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It is said to be 9.1mm thick and weight 168 grams.

Other specifications include, 8GB internal storage which will be available for expansion by using microSD card, 8MP rear camera with LED flash while the front will get a 1.3MP camera and 3,200 mAh battery. It will come with 4G LTE and 3G HSPA+ alongside Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS for connectivity.
