The benchmark database claims that the processor utilized in the alleged Moto X+1 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974. As the shown clock speed is 2.46GHz, this indicates that the upcoming Motorola flagship smartphone will incorporate the high-speed Snapdragon 801 MSM8974-AC SoC same as in Galaxy S5, HTC One (M8) and LG G3.

The report suggests that the other specifications on-board could include a 5.2-inch Full HD display, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable internal storage space. The imaging department of the smartphone packs a 12MP primary snapper with unusual-dual LED flash that is paired with a 5MP front-facing camera. Also, the Moto X+1 is likely to get energized by a decent 2,900 mAh battery.

As mentioned above, we expect the Android Wear based Moto 360 smartwatch to be launched alongside the Moto X+1 flagship smartphone soon. In another news, according to Droid Life, US telecom operator Verizon will start selling the Moto X+1 starting September 25th.
