It appears like Motorola has come up with the different color options and alternate bands for the Moto 360 smartwatch. Before these new variants were listed on Amazon for a while, the Android Wear powered smartwatch was selling with a black or stainless steel finish with grey, black or stone grey bands. Though the listing has been removed, the retailer made it to the headlines for selling models with diver style metal bands and new Champagne Gold color cases and bands as well.
Apart from listing metal bands in natural or brushed steel, black and champagne variants, Amazon also claimed that these new metal bands measure 23mm as in the watch band for connection. Interestingly, there is an 18mm variant of the champagne variant that appears to be aimed at those who prefer a more delicate look.
All the metal band variants of Moto 360 bear a price tag of $299.99 that is $50 more than the existing leather variant. While there were many options for the metal strap lovers, for the leather lovers there was only one new option, the existing silver watch with a Cognac brown Horween strap (pictured below). However, the pricing of this watch remains the same at $249.99.
To remind of specs, the Moto 360 comes with a 1.56-inch backlit LCD display with resolution of 320 x 290 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, Texas Instruments (TI) OMAP 3 processor, 512MB RAM and runs on Android Wear platform. Other specifications include 4GB internal storage, optical heart rate sensor, pedometer, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and 320mAh battery with wireless charging support.
