Huawei Ascend P7 with 8MP front camera launched in India for Rs. 24,799

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei has officially launched its latest flagship smartphone, the Huawei Ascend P7 in the country earlier this month. The Huawei Ascend P7 was originally announced way back in May 2014 and recently went on sale in the country via Flipkart. The Ascend P7 comes in black colour and is priced at Rs. 24,799.

Elaborating on the specs, the Ascend P7 features a 5-inch Full HD display that is layered with the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection on rear as well as on front,1.8GHz quad-core HiSilicon Kirin 910T processor, Mali-450 MP4 GPU, 2GB RAM and Android 4.4 KitKat with Huawei’s Emotion 2.3 UI on top.

The smartphone is just 6.5 mm thick and weights 124 grams. Other specifications include an 13MP rear camera with LED flash, an impressive 8MP front-facing shooter with special feature ‘groufie’ that takes panoramic group selfies, 16GB of internal storage that can be extended further up to 32GB using a microSD card and a 2500 mAh battery.

Connectivity features include 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/c, NFC and GPS. Software features include customizable lock screen and home screen, permission manager, redesigned Do Not Disturb mode, super-power saving engine and lots more.
