As usual, the update is rolling out over-the-air and also via Samsung Kies application. The update is being rolled out in phases, so it might take some time to reach your smartphone. You can also check manually for the update by going to Settings > General > About phone > Software updates.

The update brings Material Design elements, lock screen notifications, enhanced performance, updated native apps, Flashlight toggle in Quick Settings, Screen Pinning feature, better battery statistics, updated Samsung apps, improved fingerprint recognition and more.

To remind you, Samsung has already started rolling out the Lollipop update for Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 3 in Russia. There is still no word on when the same will be rolled out to the Galaxy Note 4.
