Samsung Galaxy A7 now available in India through Samsung India eStore for Rs. 30,499
Samsung announced the Galaxy A3 and the Galaxy A5 along with the Galaxy E5 and the Galaxy E7 in the country last month. Now, the South Korean giant has finally started selling the third smartphone of the Galaxy A series in the country that is Samsung Galaxy A7. The Galaxy A7 is now available in the country through the official Samsung India eStore for Rs. 30,499.
The smartphone comes in Pearl White, Midnight Black and Champagne Gold colours, with only the white colour available at time of writing this post. Additionally, the price of Galaxy A7 make it compete with company's own Galaxy S5 smartphone. This was first spotted by the folks of FoneArena.
On the specifications front, the Galaxy A7 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display, 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor (1.5GHz Quad A53 + 1.0GHz Quad A53), Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB RAM and Android 4.4.4 KitKat, with Android 5.0 Lollipop update soon. Samsung Galaxy A7 measures 151 x 76.2 x 6.3 mm and weights 141 grams.
Other specifications of Galaxy A7 include a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, a 5MP front facing snapper, 16GB internal storage with expandable up to 64GB using microSD card and 2,600 mAh battery. Samsung has stuffed the Galaxy A7 with many software features like Wide Selfie, Rear-cam Selfie, Beauty Face Features, Ultra Power Saving Mode, Changeable Theme (Natural, Classic, Casual, Romantic), Private Mode, Multi Screen and Quick Connect.
Connectivity series include 4G LTE Cat4 / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0 and A-GPS + GLONASS.
