Is Samsung Also Working on Fingerprint Protection?

Today Sammobile gave a interesting news to all the Samsung fans out there. According to them, Samsung is also working on a fingerprint tracking system/protection like Apple. Yeah, you read it right, According to Sammobile's Tipster, Samsung forgot to remove some tested application files from the leaked firmware of the Galaxy S3.

The tipster ripped out the firmware and found some information about this new security system under SecSettings.apk (SecSettings\res\drawable-hdpi.) The tipster found a lot of images inside that apk file. Samsung might bring this fingerprint protection on the home button on there future smartphones. Some images which were found inside that apk file are listed below.

This is not a first for Android devices, Motorola’s Atrix smartphone came with a fingerprint scanner and some Japan-only Android devices like Fujitsu F-10D also come with fingerprint scanning hardware.
