Yesterday, we posted about, LG sending out press invites to tech press media for attending their International Media Event in New York City on 7th August. The device which is expected to arrive on that day is the rumoured and leaked LG Optimus G2. The Optimus G2 is not only the device which will be arriving in that event, but according to TechTastic, LG might be showing off the rumoured LG Optimus L9 II and a newly arrived low-end LG-D500.
The report also added that, the device will be the best device the company has ever produced with intelligent specs - 5.2-inch Full HD 1080p edge-to-edge display, very thin bezel, 2.3GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 Processor, Adreno 330 GPU, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with 13MP rear camera, 2.1MP front facing camera and LTE-Advanced support, featuring buttons on the back of the device, which we reported in April.
As per TechTastic report, LG will also show the mid-range LG Optimus L9 II and LG-D500, which is a upcoming low-end handset from LG, during the event. The mysterious LG-D500 is a new device that will be part of the Optimus-series. The device will be sporting a qHD 960x540p resolution display, LTE-support, 3MP rear camera with three soft-keys, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and will be running on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with LG's Optimus UI on top of it. The device also has NFC support for VISA payments.
For a reminder, LG Optimus L9 II has been already leaked twice and might feature 4.7-inch IPS HD 1280x720p resolution display, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, 1.4GHz Dual-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor, 1GB RAM with Adreno 305 Graphics and NFC support.
