5.2-inch LG G2 with rear-facing buttons officially launched in India for Rs. 40,490, 32GB to cost Rs. 43,490

After such a long wait, LG India has officially launched it's all new flagship smartphone LG G2 in India. The smartphone was officially announced last month in a private event by LG. LG G2 is the world's first smartphone to come up with OIS technology on 13MP sensor and rear-facing buttons. The G2 has the slimmest side bezels in the world, of only 2.65mm. LG G2 will come in Black and White colour options with LG's newest invention QuickWindow covers.

16GB and 32GB LG G2 now on pre-order in India via Flipkart for Rs. 40,490 and Rs. 43,490 respectively

The much awaited LG G2 is now on pre-order in India. The smartphone has been spotted at famous online retailer Flipkart, in both 16GB and 32GB version. According to Flipkart listing, the 16GB variant of LG G2 will cost Rs. 40,490, whereas the 32GB LG G2 will cost Rs. 43,490. Flipkart is also offering a free QuickWindow cover with every pre-order. The smartphone is available in both Black and White colour.

LG G2 launch is yet one week away, and the smartphone is already up for pre-order in India. LG G2 was recently spotted at online retailer Saholic for pre-order for Rs. 40,499, which is a very decent price for G2, considering it's specifications and features. LG is officially going to launch the smartphone in India on 30th September, and on the very same day, Saholic is promising to deliver the smartphone. LG G2 is going to compete with newly launched Sony Xperia Z1, which is now available in India for Rs. 42,990.

The LG D821 which was spotted at Bluetooth SIG few days ago, is actually the CDMA variant of LG G2 and not the upcoming Google Nexus 5. Serial leaker evleaks has posted a image of LG G2 with D821 model number below it along with it's specifications, which confirms that the newly spotted LG D821 is actually the CDMA variant of G2 and not of the upcoming Nexus 5.
