The long rumoured vivid blue colour HTC One is now officially official. HTC has officially unveiled the blue colour HTC One along with blue colour HTC One Mini. The company has also announced a new Bluetooth Subwoofer called BoomBass. According to HTC, the new colour versions will be available on store shelves just in time for the Holiday shopping season in Q4 2013, and the BoomBass subwoofer will be available around mid-October.
Other than getting a paintjob in vivid blue colour, there are no changes on both the phones. The pricing of Blue HTC One and One Mini is not yet disclosed, but most-probably it will have the same price tag as on the other colours. Currently, HTC is selling the HTC One in three colour options, Black, Silver and Red, and the HTC One Mini in Silver colour only.
Coming to HTC BoomBass Bluetooth Subwoofer, it's a small cube-shaped accessory for HTC smartphones, which when combined with the HTC One family's BoomSound, adds depth to the HTC phone's BoomSound speakers and gives more powerful bass and volume.
The HTC BoomBass comes with Bluetooth and NFC connectivity and 1,200 mAh battery, which last up to 9 hours of music playback and 120 hours of standby time. There is also a slide-out shelf in BoomBass subwoofer, to put on the phone, as you can see in the image below.
