LG announced the G Pad 8.3 Android tablet last year in September. The G Pad 8.3 was referred as LG's comeback in the tablet industry. Now, after 8 months of unveiling the G Pad 8.3, LG has recently announced a new trio of tablets under the G Pad series. Judging by the display size, the new tablets are the G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1.

Samsung Galaxy Ace Style which was showcased in Germany last week is now official. Samsung has earlier today officially announced the Galaxy Ace Style via a press release. The Galaxy Ace Style is the first Samsung budget-Android smartphone to run on the latest iteration of Android, Android 4.4 KitKat. The smartphone comes in Cream White and Dark Gray colours and will be available globally starting this month.

After getting leaked online numerous of times, Samsung has today officially took the wraps off the Galaxy Tab4 series. Similar to Tab3 series, the Galaxy Tab4 series of tablets comes in 7-inch, 8-inch and 10.1-inch models. Samsung has officially announced two new smartwatches earlier today, which are very different from the original Galaxy Gear, not in terms of look, but in terms of software and features. Dubbed as Samsung Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo, the devices runs on Samsung's own open-source OS Tizen, rather than Android, as rumoured. This is the reason why Samsung has ditched the Galaxy moniker, as it's no longer an Android device.

After so many rumours and leaks, Samsung has officially unveiled the neo version of the Galaxy Note 3 called as Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo. The Note 3 Neo is the long rumoured budget version of the Note 3. Both smartphones looks almost identical to each other and have pretty much the same weight and thickness, size of Note 3 Neo is 5.5-inch while the original Note 3 holds 5.7-inch screen.

LG, the Korean electronics giant may not be doing well in the smartphone arena in India but it fares decently on the global arena. With smartphones becoming phablets, every manufacturer wants to introduce something that woos the audiences globally. LG will be stepping up to the occasion and will launch the LG G Pro 2 phablet at the MWC 2014 next month.
The company has today officially confirmed that they will be announcing the LG G Pro 2 next month at Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona, Spain. Unfortunately, the company has not shared any details on the specifications of the phablet.

LG has officially announced its first smart wearable fitness accessory, the LG Lifeband Touch today. The device was leaked last week in an press image. The Lifeband Touch track user's movement in calorie consumption, number of steps, distance walked, workouts and runs. The fitness accessory is compatible with iOS and Android devices and need the presence of Bluetooth 4.0. LG's fitness app is also a must install in order to use the accessory.

LG has been always late in bringing software updates to its Android smartphone (even flagships), but it looks like things have changed a bit. Sony has officially confirmed that they have started rolling out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra starting today. Qualcomm has officially announced its first 64-bit mobile chipset. Dubbed as Snapdragon 410, the chip is aimed at emerging markets aka designed for devices with sub-$150 (Rs. 9,000 approx) price tag. The Snapdragon 410 comes with LTE world-mode support, which includes support for both FDD-LTE and TDD-LTE and is based on ARM's Cortex A53 processor with 64-bit processing technology.

After officially announcing LG G Flex in October, LG has now officially announced that they are starting the global roll-out of G Flex starting this month, as early as next week. According to LG, the smartphone will initially be available in key Asian markets followed by other regions around the world. After Samsung Argentina unwillingly revealed the new colour options for the Galaxy Note 3, Samsung has now officially released a press release announcing all the three new colours of Galaxy Note 3. The Galaxy Note 3 which was launched this year in September, now comes with Rose Gold White, Rose Gold Black and Merlot Red option, in addition to already available Jet Black, Classic White and Blush Pink options.
