5-inch Full HD Micromax Canvas Turbo with 1.5GHz processor, 2GB RAM officially launched in India for Rs. 19,990
After so many teasers, Micromax has officially launched the Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 in India today. The Canvas Turbo is company's first smartphone to feature Full HD display. Micromax Canvas Turbo comes in two colours, Pristine White and Midnight Blue and will be available across India from October 26th for Rs. 19,990. Similar to Canvas 4, the Canvas Turbo comes with full aluminium body.
The Canvas Turbo comes with 'Camerazzi' camera which offers a lots of features, including 360 degree panorama, Cinemagraph that lets user create a gif image by animating any object and Object Eraser which allows users get rid of unwanted objects from the picture.
On the software front, the smartphone comes with many smart gestures, like, answer a call simply by bringing the phone close to your ear, select the particular contact and bring the phone close to your ear to call, flip over the phone upside-down during incoming call to put the phone in silent mode, flip over the phone to put your active call on speaker, slide your hand over the screen or blow air on the screen to unlock the phone and wave your hand at the screen to click a photo.
The smartphone also comes with popup video and popup browser, multi video view and iFloat toucher, which lets you access the key features of smartphone. With iFloat, you can handle calls and sms, browse the net, and view multimedia files simultaneously using any application.
Feature-wise, the Micromax Canvas Turbo comes with a 5-inch Sharp Full HD CGS (Continuous Grain Silicon) IPS display, 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor, 2GB RAM, 3G support and Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean.
The Canvas Turbo also comes with 13MP AF rear camera with LED flash, 5MP FF front facing camera, 16GB fixed internal storage (12.47GB user available), and 2,000 mAh battery. The smartphone also comes with dual-SIM support (GSM+WCDMA) with dual standby feature, where one SIM is standard and the other is micro.
