Samsung India has officially launched two new budget Android smartphone in India. Dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Star Pro and Galaxy Trend, both these smartphone are now available across India. Samsung has priced Galaxy Star Pro for Rs. 6,750, whereas the Galaxy Trend will cost you Rs. 8,290. The Galaxy Trend went on sale in India last month in Black, Red and White colours, and the Galaxy Star Pro went on sale in India earlier this month in only Black and White colours.
Specifications wise -- The Samsung Galaxy Star Pro comes with a 4.0-inch WVGA display, 1GHz single-core Cortex A5 processor, Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, 512MB RAM, dual-SIM support, 2G (EDGE) support, 2MP rear camera, 4GB internal storage with 32GB expandable using microSD card and 1,500 mAh battery.
While, the Samsung Galaxy Trend features a 4.0-inch WVGA display, 1GHz single-core processor, Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, 512MB RAM, dual-SIM support, 3G support, 3MP rear camera, 4GB internal storage with expandable upto 32GB using microSD card and 1,500 mAh battery.
