5-inch Sony Xperia C with qHD display, quad-core MediaTek processor officially launched in India for Rs. 21,490

Sony has officially launched the Xperia C in India for Rs. 21,490. The smartphone went on sale in India earlier this month. The Xperia C was originally announced back in June, and comes in three colour options, Black, White and Purple. The smartphone is currently available on famous online retailer Flipkart for just Rs. 18,799, however Saholic and Infibeam are selling the handset for Rs. 19,199 and Rs. 19,699 respectively.

Sony has officially launched the Xperia C in India for Rs. 21,490. The smartphone went on sale in India earlier this month. The Xperia C was originally announced back in June, and comes in three colour options, Black, White and Purple. The smartphone is currently available on famous online retailer Flipkart for just Rs. 18,799, however Saholic and Infibeam are selling the handset for Rs. 19,199 and Rs. 19,699 respectively.

Sony has partnered with Airtel to offer 1GB of free data per month for 2 months to Xperia C buyers, and the company is also giving a accidental damage cover for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Feature-wise, the Xperia C comes with a 5-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor, 1GB RAM and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone is 8.88mm thick and weights 153 grams.

Sony Xperia C also comes with 8MP rear camera with LED Flash & Exmor R sensor, 0.3MP (VGA) front facing camera, 4GB internal memory with 32GB expandable using microSD card and 2,330 mAh of battery. The smartphone has dual-SIM support and 3G connectivity.
