Android 4.4 KitKat OTA update for Nexus 4 now rolling-out

After rolling out Android 4.4 KitKat update for Nexus 7 and Nexus 10, Google has finally started rolling-out the Android 4.4 update for Nexus 4. The update is available via over-the-air (OTA). This update changes Nexus 4 Android 4.3 Jelly Bean to Android 4.4 KitKat (KRT16S build).

The update is about 238.9MB in size, and is rolling-out in phases. So, it will obviously take some time to reach on your smartphone. You can manually check for the update by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Update.

The OTA URL is not yet available, but as soon as we find it out, we will post it here.
