This listing confirms that India launch of Galaxy S Duos 2 is not too far away, and Samsung India will any time launch the smartphone officially.

The S Duos 2 has just packs an upgraded processor, RAM and newer Android version, rest all the specifications are exactly similar to S Duos.
For your reminder, Galaxy S Duos 2 comes with a 4-inch WVGA TFT display, 1.2GHz dual-core BCM21664T Cortex-A9 processor, 6Gb (LPDDR) RAM, which translates to 768MB RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The smartphone is 10.57mm thick and weights 118g.
The smartphone also comes with 5MP CAF (Continuous Auto Focus) rear camera with LED flash, ZSL (Zero Shutter Lag) and CMOS sensor, VGA front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with 64GB microSD card expansion, 1,500 mAh battery and support for 10 Indian languages.
