Intex has officially launched a new mid-range Android smartphone in the Indian market recently. Dubbed as Intex Aqua i5 HD, the smartphone is the successor of last year launched Intex Aqua i5. The Aqua i5 HD comes with decent set of specifications. It comes in two usual colours white and black and is priced at Rs. 9,990. The smartphone is now available across India from brick and mortar retailers.
On the specifications front, Intex Aqua i5 HD comes with a 5-inch HD display with OGS (One Glass Solution) technology, 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor, 1GB RAM and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with promised Android 4.4.2 KitKat update. The smartphone has dual-SIM support with dual Standby feature.
It is 8.5 mm thick and weights 149 grams. Other specifications include an 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front facing camera, 4GB internal storage with up to 32GB expandable using microSD card and 2,000 mAh battery. Connectivity series include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP and GPS / AGPS.
