Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is one of the most anticipated launches for the year 2014 as it is expected to raise the bar in the phablet arena. Every time Samsung launches a flagship device, the company stuffs it with loads of software features. Now, some of the features that is expected to come with the Galaxy Note 4 have been leaked on to the internet and they surely do look promising.
The Galaxy Note 4 is expected to come with a slew of features such as Swipe to launch Motion Launcher, Aqua Capture, Multi Network for Booster and Amart Fingerprint. Talking about these features, all these seem pretty functional. The Aqua Capture will be the ability to click pictures underwater and it is expected to come with a good amount of water resistance.
The Multi Network booster will be the ability to combine Wi-Fi alongside mobile data connection to increase the download speeds. Smart Fingerprint will be ability of the device to do a slew of things post the swiping on the sensor. The Galaxy S5 can make PayPal payments post fingerprint getting scanned and we believe the Note 4 will get added functionalities as a result of this feature.
The Swipe to Motion launcher feature is expected to be something similar to the Motion launch feature of the HTC One (M8). It will be the ability of the smartphone to do a slew of things right from the launcher such as take pictures, access music and a host of other things.
The Galaxy Note 4 alongside all these features is rumoured to launch on the 3rd of September this year, just before the IFA 2014 where Samsung usually launches a new Galaxy Note phablet every year.
The Korean manufacturer is expected to send out invites in August later this year for the Unpacked event where the device will be launched. The rumour mill has been working overtime with rumours regarding the launch of the phablet. The Galaxy Note 4 is expected to come with a 5.7-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The Note 4 is also expected to come with a quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM and a 16MP rear-facing camera with OIS. The interesting bit about it is that it is expected to come with a flexible three-sided display. It will borrow the fingerprint sensor and heart rate sensor from the Galaxy S5 and will get a slew of improved S Pen functionalities.
