Xiaomi Mi3 entered sale starting
from Tuesday and being the latest entrant to the market, the Chinese vendor has
a solution to wipe out all the consumer concerns regarding after sales service
support. Well, the firm has revealed the details of its service centre networks
pan India .
As per Xiaomi, the firm will come
up with a total of 36 service centres spread across 20 major cities and it is
planning to expand the number in the coming months. Moreover, of these service
centres, two in Koramangala, Bangalore and Arjun
Nagar, New Delhi
will be exclusive service centres that are run by the company itself, while the rest
are multi-brand centres that Xiaomi has tied up with.
Interestingly, Xiaomi states that
the exclusive service centres will respond to the consumer problems within two
hours of time. The firm has also set up a hotline for its consumers and they
can reach the company via the toll free number 1800-103-6286 and access the web
chat support at mi.com.
The service centres are located in Bangalore, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon,
Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Thane, Trivandrum, Noida, Jaipur,
Surat, Bhubaneshwar, Faridabad, Nagpur and Indore.
